Everything Is Going To Be Alright

Sometimes the right words appear out of thin air.
During a mildly tumultuous time, a day at the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Garden is what one needs.
We have encountered a territory of unknown; so many questions and so many possibilities.
To take a break from the what if's and how comes, we trekked down to the Classical Garden for some meditation and cutlure. Instantly walking into the garden, one can't help but to drop all the worries and weight off the shoulders and take in a deep serene breath. This is a place transported from the old world Ming Dynasty, living and breathing harmoniously in the modern day hub of the city. We had come, possibly, a week early for the magnificent bloom explosion, but what we witnessed was breathtaking at the very least. There is this space of transition when winter holds on for a last embrace while the buds and birds give push to rise into spring.
After many photos and moments of contemplation on the sitting bench, I found myself surrendering to the force of balance. So blatant and gentle as yin and yang crept into my psyche; emoting a rush of peace and tranquility. I was deeply engaged with the Water Serpent representing the Chinese Astrology, and as a fellow water snake myself, I felt comfort being next to 'kin'. This many feet long snake is also made up of one of my favourite art forms ~ weaving ~ with vines and branches. By May it should be in full bloom itself; true to it's nature the snake will transform and shed it's skin through out the year.
I looked on at the distant buildings beyond the garden and saw these words painted in large white font "EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT" ~ indeed.
